Anarsha, also known as Anarsa, ariselu, or Anarsa Pith, is a traditional sweet dish from the Indian subcontinent, especially popular in the states of Maharashtra and Bihar. The dough is then wrapped in white poppy seeds, pressed into a round shape and fried until golden.
